How do you relaunch a billion-dollar brand like Hotels.com? By building a scalable character platform from the ground up. I co-created Bellboy, the brand’s new global spokesperson, designed to operate seamlessly across TV, social, OOH, audio, and digital environments. In partnership with the Hotels.com team, we developed a fully integrated system — from visual identity and animation style to original sonic branding — culminating in a nationwide rollout from TV to social to Wordle to Penn Station to the 405 to the back of a bus in Korea. The launch earned coverage in Ad Age and Adweek and introduced a distinctive, flexible brand asset built for long-term cultural presence.
